AI Ops associate

Help build, test, document, and operate AI-assisted content workflows, context systems, and client delivery assets.

This role is for someone who likes the practical edge of AI: turning raw context into useful inputs, testing outputs, catching failures, and helping build workflows that get better over time. You will support the systems behind client work, not just prompt a model and hope it behaves.

Work on client context, AI workflows, and quality checks. Bring curiosity about new technology and the patience to make it useful.

What you will do

  • Prepare source materials, internal context, examples, and workflow inputs for AI-assisted execution
  • Run QA passes on briefs, drafts, refreshes, structured outputs, and client-facing deliverables
  • Test AI workflows against edge cases, unclear inputs, and real client constraints
  • Document repeatable processes so they can become durable systems instead of one-off tricks
  • Support research, content operations, and workflow cleanup across client engagements
  • Notice where systems break and suggest practical improvements to prompts, schemas, inputs, or review steps

What we are looking for

  • Comfort using AI tools for real work, not just experimentation
  • Strong editorial judgment and attention to operational detail
  • Ability to follow a system carefully, then improve it when the pattern is clear
  • Interest in content operations, automation, technical marketing, or agent workflows
  • Good instincts around quality, source truth, and when human judgment needs to step in

Nice to have

  • Experience with Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, AirOps, Zapier, Make, or no-code workflow tools
  • Comfort with markdown, lightweight Git workflows, structured docs, or content QA
  • Background in SEO, editorial operations, marketing operations, or research-heavy content work
