This role is for someone who can keep smart, fast-moving client work calm. You will help turn ambiguous requests into clear next steps, keep projects moving between strategy and delivery, and make sure clients always know what is happening, what we need from them, and what comes next.

You will work close to the actual systems: client context, AI workflows, quality checks, delivery notes, and the operating habits that make the work reliable. We are looking for people who are excited by new technology and grounded enough to make it useful.

What you will do

  • Lead client communication across kickoff, working sessions, async updates, approvals, and handoff
  • Create clear agendas, recaps, action items, timelines, and internal follow-up notes
  • Translate fuzzy client asks into scoped questions, delivery tasks, and decision points
  • Track open questions, blockers, approvals, dependencies, and launch readiness
  • Help protect a premium client experience without slowing down the delivery team
  • Spot recurring client needs that should become better onboarding, documentation, or workflow patterns

What we are looking for

  • Experience managing B2B clients, content programs, technical service delivery, or agency accounts
  • Strong written communication and comfort running work asynchronously
  • Enough AI fluency to understand what clients are asking for and where ambiguity lives
  • Taste for organized systems, clean notes, and clear ownership
  • Comfort working in a small team where the work changes quickly and quality matters

Nice to have

  • Experience with content operations, SEO, technical marketing, or growth teams
  • Familiarity with Notion, GitHub, Google Docs, Airtable, Slack, Linear, or similar operating tools
  • Experience working with founders, senior marketers, or executive stakeholders
